The Inn offers spacious common rooms with fireplaces, nine comfortably appointed guest rooms with antiques, most with fireplace, mountain views and three rooms with a two-person soaking tub.

During the winter months the 200 acres at Adair offer perfect snow conditions for winter sport activities and make your holiday in New Hampshire a memorable one.  Snowshoeing and cross country skiing are offered on-site, while 3 major down hill ski resorts are only 15 minutes away.

Return to Adair after a day of fun in the snow and enjoy the home made goodies during afternoon tea, curl up in front of one of the many fireplaces with a good book from the extensive library.
